The Township of Douro-Dummer is seeking comprehensive Building Condition Assessments (BCAs) for twelve (12) municipal facilities to support strategic asset management planning and capital budgeting. These assessments will provide detailed information on the current condition of each facility, component-level analysis, lifecycle costing, and prioritized capital maintenance recommendations to extend the useful life of these critical community assets. |
